Quick and Easy Snacks for the Noobies!

Are you a person who just loves to cook for others, settling their thirsts for delicacies! If you know how to cook then you probably might have written down your own personal journal of snacks but if you’re not a pro at it then you must read this blog and we bet you will be able to make all of them easily!
1. The Bread Toast: bread toast
This one is pretty simple, all you have to do is take slices of bread, cover it in butter and put a mouth watering topping on it. Wondering what could be the best one to taste? Put in some onions, tomatoes, capsicum and a lot of cheese! Once you have put the topping on the bread, sprinkle chili flakes and oregano on it and bake it until the cheese melts in and the vegetables turn little brownish. You can compliment this snack with a drink like coffee, tea or mojito too! it is a perfect evening snack which is easy to make and quick!

Ingredients
• 2 cup capsicum/ bell pepper
• 2 tomato and 2 onion
• 4 garlic flakes
• 2 green chili
• 1 oregano or any herbs and chili flakes
• 4 bread
• Butter and 1 Mozzarella cheese or cheese slices

2. Vegetable Cutlets: Vegetable Cutlets
This snack will come in handy at the morning as well as the evening time, you can have it with your regular chai or with coffee, most Indians have a tendency to eat fried stuff when the weather is a bit old or rainy to be precise! And this snack just cuts in the weather of the dusk and the dawn! The ingredients entailed in it are just some regular Indian spices along with few healthy vegetables that will make sure you do not go overboard with the fried stuff!
Ingredients
• 2 1/2 tbsp Carrot
• 3 tbsp Coriander
• 2 1/2 tbsp Onions
• Refrigerated 3 tbsp Curds
• Condiments
• 1/2 tsp Chilli paste, green
• 1 Chutney, green
• 1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup Semolina
• 2 pinches Sugar
• 2 1/2 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
• oil for greasing and cooking

3. Rolls and Wraps: Rolls and Wraps
If you love eating rolls and trying out different stuffing, you must try making this one because it sure as hell will make you go bonkers after you put this little roll of joy in your mouth! The butter melting in and the cheese flowing out! God, will it be a rush! If you are a vegetarian you can change the dish accordingly and replace chicken with cottage cheese.
Ingredients:
• Meat
• 2 cups Chicken breasts, cooked
• 1/4 cup Cilantro
• Condiments
• 1/4 cup Hidden valley simply ranch dressing
• 32 Tortillas/ Rolls
• 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

4. Aloo nuggets:Aloo nuggets!
If you are an Aloo lover and just love anything that has aloo in it then this might become your favorite snack. What you do here is that you boil the potatoes slightly making them soft, take a separate bowl where you will prepare a mixture in which you will marinate the potato. For marinating use garlic cloves, red chilies, onions, chili flakes, coriander leave and basic Indian spices for taste. Fry this in a pan with 1tsp oil and then put the potato in the pan, fry it till it gets a little brownish and crunchy texture.

• 1 Coriander leaves or celery
• 6 Garlic cloves, large
• 5 Kashmiri red chilies
• 1/2 cup Onions
• 1/2 tsp Cumin or 1 small strand of mace
• 1 Salt
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 ¼ cup Paneer
Oils & vinegars
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Vinegar

5. Cheese Balls: Cheese balls
If you are a lover of cheese just like the Italians and the Americans then this is just the right dish for you, dripping hot cheese and stretching mozzarella is what you must dream of every night! You might be the one in your group who would take the extra cheese option on every dish you probably order. One way to have an instant cheese burst for yourself and by yourself at home is cheese balls. All you have to do is take mozzarella cheese, shape it up into a ball, wrap it around in a thick layer of bread crumbs and besan, deep fry it and voila! Done!

Ingredients
• 1 Potato
• 1/4 cup All purpose flour
• 2 tsp Black pepper, Fresh ground
• 1 Italian seasoning
• 1 Nutmeg
• 1 Salt / garlic salt
• 1 Panko / regular bread crumbs
• 1 1/2 stick Mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Grated
Oils & vinegars
• 1 Oil
